Insect proteins have traditionally suffered from a multitude of sensory challenges which have limited their expansion in consumable products. Through our patented process, we alter the color, taste, aroma, and texture of insect proteins without sacrificing underlying nutrition, greatly increasing the range of product use cases for insect proteins.

Unlocking Solubility

Insect proteins are notoriously insoluble making their applications limited. We've cracked the code on this by developing processing that transforms them into highly water soluble proteins, putting them on par or better than most widely used proteins.
